One word of caution. At least in my Chrome 21, the attempt to follow href gets cancelled if the script from setTimeout tries to move to another page. A few weeks ago when I downloaded something I had it download to my desktop. Ever since then whenever I download something, it saves to the desktop instead of the downloads folder.
